Are you seeking a transformative journey that nurtures your mind, body, and soul? Join us for "The Works of heART," an inspiring art journaling series designed to empower you on your path to personal growth and well-being, even in the face of life's challenges.

About the Class: Life can be demanding, leaving us feeling tired, stressed, and overwhelmed. If you're longing for moments of tranquility and self-discovery, this series is your oasis. Led by the talented instructor, Ashley James, CTRS, you'll embark on a journey of self-expression and healing through the magic of art journaling.

Are you yearning for time and space to relax and reflect?
Do you seek clarity in certain areas of your life?
Balancing self-care and caregiving a constant struggle?
Ready to explore a creative path to enhance your emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being?

If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions, then art journaling could be the answer you've been looking for.

What to Expect: No prior artistic experience is necessary! Ashley will guide you through the creative process with carefully curated prompts, making this a welcoming space for everyone. Each session will revolve around a specific theme or prompt, encouraging you to delve deeper into your inner world.

Unlike traditional art forms, art journaling isn't about the end result; it's about the process of combining colors, words, and images on a page to express yourself authentically.

About the Instructor: Ashley James, CTRS, has developed this program based on extensive research into the therapeutic benefits of art journaling and its profound impact on psychological well-being. Her program, "The Works of heART: An Expressive Arts Program," was founded in 2019 with a mission to enhance the quality of life for our community members. Ashley incorporates elements from cognitive behavioral therapy, including acceptance and commitment therapy, into the art journaling prompts to promote self-discovery and reflection.
