Dance and Paint Fusion:

Unleash your inner artist through the rhythm of dance! Set up a large canvas on the floor, dip your feet in vibrant paint, and dance across the canvas. Allow the music to guide your movements and watch as your footwork and body paints a unique masterpiece. Rachel Albo, a registered occupational therapist, soul embodiment coach and certified personal trainer will support us through movement exercises to connect with your deepest self. Her mission is to guide others on a holistic journey of deeper healing—whether it's physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.

Ashley James, a certified recreation therapist certified in trauma-informed expressive arts is passionate about empowering women to find their voice through the creative process. She will be guiding you through exercises to connect with your creativity to ease any anxiety before and during the creative process.
